As a registered association (e. V.), the DKG is a recognized professional association. It is therefore possible that your employer will pay the membership fee. Irrespective of this, as a self-payer you may be able to claim the membership fee against tax (Possible framework condition: Only if you are liable to pay tax in Germany.).
