Student support

In accordance with its statutes, the promotion of training and further education for young people in the ceramics industry is an important task to which the DKG devotes particular attention.

By cooperating with universities, institutes and vocational schools, DKG is involved in the training of junior staff for the ceramics industry in order to build a bridge between education and practice. After all, the qualifications expected of graduates and young professionals are in a constant state of flux with scientific and technological progress.

The DKG supports students of all disciplines with an interest in ceramics. Among other things, the student is assigned a manager from a company in the ceramics industry. Students also have the option of free DKG membership and in the KERAMIK Young Professionals Network. In addition, students can benefit from reduced or free participation in DKG events.

The DKG helps anyone interested in finding an internship in an industrial company near them and arranges competent contacts for those who wish to distinguish themselves for a career in the ceramics industry.
