Treffen des DKG FA 7 "Geschichte der Keramik"

Hiermit laden wir Sie herzlich zum nächsten Treffen unseres Fachausschusses am 14. - 15. Oktober 2026 ein. Das fachliche Diskussionsthema der Sitzung behandelt die Geschichte des Westerwaldes vom Tonbergbau zur Keramik.

Neben Fachvorträgen zur Keramikgeschichte erwartet Sie eine Führung durch das Tonbergbaumuseum in Siershahn sowie die Besichtigung der Tongrube Pfeul der Sibelco Deutschland GmbH in Niederahr. Die Führungen bieten die Möglichkeit, die jahrhundertealte Tradition des Westerwälder Tonabbaus und ihre Bedeutung für die keramische Industrie unmittelbar vor Ort kennenzulernen.
