Zertifikatslehrgang 3D-Druck von Keramik - Grundlagen und Anwendungen

Die additive Fertigung von Keramik stellt ein dynamisch wachsendes Technologiefeld dar, das zunehmend an Bedeutung für industrielle, handwerkliche und technische Anwendungen gewinnt. Fortschrittliche 3D-Druckverfahren ermöglichen die wirtschaftliche Herstellung komplexer keramischer Geometrien bei gleichzeitig reduziertem Materialeinsatz. Für Techniker, Keramiker sowie Praktiker mit geringer oder keiner Vorerfahrung im Bereich des 3D-Drucks eröffnet sich im Rahmen dieses Lehrgangs ein strukturierter und nachvollziehbarer Zugang zu dieser Zukunftstechnologie. Er vermittelt fundierte Grundlagen der additiven Keramikfertigung, erläutert relevante Verfahren und Anwendungsfelder und befähigt die Teilnehmenden, das technologische Potenzial systematisch zu bewerten und für die Praxis im eigenen beruflichen Umfeld nutzbar zu machen.

Foliengieß- und Schlitzdüsen-Verfahren 2026
Das zweitägige Seminar vermittelt praxisnah die Grundlagen des Foliengieß- und Schlitzdüsenverfahrens sowie die Weiterverarbeitung von Grünfolien zu mehrlagigen Strukturen. Behandelt werden Materialkomponenten, Prozessabläufe, Strömungs- und Trocknungsvorgänge sowie die Eigenschaften der Grünfolien und deren Einfluss auf nachfolgende Schritte. Praktische Übungen und Anwendungsbeispiele zeigen das Potenzial der Verfahren. Anwendungen reichen von elektronischen Bauteilen bis zu 3D-Strukturen. Das DKG-Fortbildungsseminar findet am Fraunhofer IKTS in Hermsdorf unter der Leitung von Beate Capraro statt.
